Define the specific ringing for incoming calls
When you receive an incoming call on your mobile phone, the desk phone will use the specific ringing.
•
In idle state, with a connected mobile phone, press and hold the hands-free key.

Select the ringing in the list.

Meeting room
If the desk phone is located in a meeting room, to facilitate the pairing and unpairing of the mobile
phone, we recommend enabling the following option:

Enable the option:

In this case, if a mobile phone is paired with the desk phone, a popup lets you choose to connect the
current paired mobile phone or to paired a new one.

In idle state, long press the hands-free key.

If a mobile phone is paired but not connected:

Yes
: connect the current paired mobile phone.
o
Unpair
: unpaired the mobile phone and launch the procedure to paired a new one.
Consult the call log of your mobile phone
At any time, you can consult all answered and unanswered incoming and outgoing calls. To do this,
open the call log of your mobile phone directly from your desk phone.
This feature is available if you have accepted to share contacts and/or call log.

All incoming, outgoing, missed or unanswered calls are displayed in the call log.
