This command is entered in the Interface Configuration Mode. This command is 
used to initiate the PPPoE negotiation on the interface.This command helps to 
terminate the existing PPPoE session, if any, and re-negotiate the session.

Note:

When the interface is administratively brought up, the link comes up within 20 to 40 
seconds. PPPoE negotiation is automatically started by sending a PADI provided 
“encapsulation pppoe” is configured.
