This command is entered in the Telephony Service Configuration Mode. This
command is used to configure the IP address of the outbound proxy.

Note:

It is preferable to configure the IP address of the outbound proxy server on both the
phone and OmniAccess 5510-AA/AB USG.

Also, the IP address of the outbound proxy server should not be the same as any of
the ROVR call server IP address.
