How to Purchase Additional Services

In Case Your Phone is Ever Lost or Broken
If you lose your phone, or if it is stolen, let us know right away and we’ll suspend service . Once
your service is suspended, no one else can use your phone . We can help you get a replacement
phone (most likely at no charge) . We usually can have it to you in just a few days .
If your phone breaks, it comes with a one-year warranty from the original manufacturer and you
may be able to receive a free replacement .

ɒ When prompted, enter your Account PIN – it’s at the top of your Assurance Wireless
approval letter .
Set Up Voicemail
You should set up your voicemail and personal greeting as soon as your phone is activated .
Always use a password to protect against unauthorized access . Your phone automatically
transfers all unanswered calls to your voicemail, even if your phone is in use or turned off .

ɒ Create your password .
ɒ Record your name announcement .
ɒ Record your greeting .
Important: Voicemail Password
– It is strongly recommended that you create a password when
setting up your voicemail to protect against unauthorized access . Without a password,
anyone who has access to your phone is able to access your voicemail messages .
