PABX access code
If your ALCOM Premium Colombo Combo is connected to a switchboard, you
may need to enter an access code for an outside line, e.g. 9, before you dial a
number. You can save this access code in your telephone base and it will be
added automatically each time you dial a number from the phonebook, redial
list or calls list.

Phonebook, cordless handset
The ALCOM Premium Colombo Combo cordless handset phonebook can
store up to 250 names and numbers. Each number can be up to 24 digits
long and each name can be up to 12 characters long, including any dots or
spaces. Entries are stored in alphabetical order.
1.
To view and dial phonebook entries
1. Press
. Display shows the first entry.
2. Scroll
or
to the entry you want. Or to search alphabetically, press
then press the key with the first letter of the name, e.g. if the name begins
with N, press 6 twice. The display shows the first entry beginning with N. If
required, press

to scroll to the exact entry.

to dial the entry displayed.

to end the call (if dialled), or return to standby.
