Description
WARNING
1. Do not extract flammable or caustic fluids.
2. Do not exceed 7 psi (0.5 bar) air pressure
when emptying this extractor.
3. Check each component regularly and replace
if worn or damaged.
4. Make sure all connections are secure.
5. Never modify or alter any component of this
dispenser.
6. Relieve pressure or vacuum before inspecting
or servicing.
Model 8588 is a portable extractor designed to:
• safely capture the oil from engine crankcases with
the use of vacuum
• be emptied with the use of air pressure
The extractor consists of:
• 24-gallon (90 liter) tank with twin casters, handle,
level gauge, and tool tray
• six suction wands (See Figure 1)
• a 79-inch (2 m) suction hose
• a 79-inch (2 m) drain hose
• a vacuum gauge, muffler, and pressure-relief
valve
