9.4.1.
Tightening torque for mounting with bolts
With M8 bolts made from stainless steel,
10
a maximum
tightening torque of 24 Nm should be used.
9.5.
Lay-in mounting
Please observe the guidelines provided by the mounting
system manufacturer. For protective potential equalization,
use the earthing hole, see Ch. 8.8.3, 'Earthing with earthing
holes'. Flush mounting is an option (see also Ch. 7.4.1,
'Spacing between the module frames'), but, aleo solar
recommends mounting at intervals.
9.6.
Load levels
Loads through snow and wind that must be taken into
account for the site at which the modules will be installed are
split into three levels.
Load level Permissible pressure
Load level I 2400 Pa (equivalent to approx. 240 kg/m²)
Load level II 3900 Pa (equivalent to approx. 390 kg/m²)
Load level III 5400 Pa (equivalent to approx. 540 kg/m²)

H
Clearance (height) between the module frame
rear edge and the mounting surface in mm
(see below)
Dimensions All dimensions are given in millimetres (mm).
Note: the diagrams are not always to scale.
The numerical values are binding.
10
This is valid for non-lubricated bolts with standard-thread
and strength category 8.8 (minimum breaking force 29.2 kN).
