Note: Source flash drive and blank drives need to be the same capacity for two reasons.
During the copy process the source flash drive “index sector” is copied to

the target flash drive. The index sector of a flash drive contains the drives
specifications, size and FAT table. Different drive sizes will have different index
sectors. For example if your are copying a 2G source flash drive to a 4G target
flash drive without performing data transforming, the index sector of the 2G
source would be copied to the 4G target flash drive effectively changing it to a 2G
flash drive because of the copied 2G index sector.
If you allow the system to execute data transforming from a source flash drive to

multiple target flash drive in addition to longer copying time there is a potential for
data loss during data transforming.
Note: If you need to copy a source flash to a target with a big capacity difference there
are two ways to avoid potential problems.
Use the Setup function Ignore Size to increase the tolerance % of the source and

Turn the Setup function Analyze Source to OFF.
