till every keypad was passed down.

Noted when press the key button in order of 1-15 correctly. It will pass the

  switch test.    LCD display will show each number when press the button.
Otherwise fail.

If LCD read “Passed” press “

CURRSOR

” to process the next test.

           Otherwise fail unit if LCD show “Failed”. 
14.) Press 

STORE

” to enter 

Encdr/LED test.

15.)

Turn Encoder Clockwise. 

           -LED will light up and follow the Encoder movements.  Otherwise fail
            unit. 
           -Press “

Store

” again to EXIT Encoder test. 

16.) Press 

CURSOR

” to process the next test. 

17.) Press 

STORE

” to enter 

Display test

.

18.)

LCD should display

**Otherwise fail unit.** 

              -Press “

STORE

” again to exit Display test. 

IV.) Testing Procedure (AUDIO TEST):

A) START:

CURSOR

” to process to Audio test at D6. 

-Turn headphone “VOLUME” POT CW all the way up. 

 21)  Press “

STORE

” to enter 

Audio test

          -LCD will read “

AUDIO TEST ALL Outputs

” . 

-You will hear AUDIO on both left & right side  of headphone. 

** IF IT’S TOO LOUD, TURN IT DOWN**

23) UNPLUG  the HP at FP & connect it to D6 “

MAIN OUT L “ 

at rear.

_ You should hear AUDIO. 

24) UNPLUG  the HP at FP & connect it to D6 “

MAIN OUT R“ 

at rear.

_ You should hear AUDIO 

25)  UNPLUG  the HP at FP & connect it to D6 “

AUX OUT 4 “ 

at rear.

                     _ You should hear AUDIO. 

26)  UNPLUG  the HP at FP & connect it to D6 “

AUX OUT 3 “ 

at rear.
