Loading factory parameters and simultaneous calibration
i
notE
calibration is already performed at the factory and normally does not need to be performed
again.
in individual cases, however, recalibration of the unit after installation can improve the
measuring accuracy, as the installation factors (angle deviation, parallelism, etc.) are also
taken into account in the calibration.
PLEASE notE:
the magnetic sensor must be within the permissible distance range on the magnetic tape
during calibration!

Parameters that have already been changed will be overwritten by the factory parameters!
if necessary, make a note of the settings beforehand.

Switch the unit back on whilst at the same time pressing the key
Press and hold the key

All parameters are reset to factory settings. Furthermore, the sensor calibration is triggered.
The sensor calibration is triggered and "CAL 0" is displayed. Now the sensor must be moved slowly in one
direction on the magnetic tape, the progress of the calibration is signalled by the display "CAL 1 ... CAL 4".
After the calibration is completed, the unit automatically starts in the operator level.
If, after calibration, an error code "Error 1 ... Error 10" is displayed after calibration, the mounting of the
sensor must be checked and the calibration repeated!
Press and hold the key
