new device for the first time. Keep these instructions safe so that you can refer to them when necessary.
SAFEty inFORmAtiOn
Improper handling and/or poor maintenance can result in significant risks when this machine is used.
This can cause the destruction of the machine and serious accidents with grave injuries. You must
therefore pay attention to all of the following safety information and consult with our service team if you
have any questions.
cAutiOn!
• The stationary punching machine may be used only by persons who are not under the influence
of medication or any other substances that impair perception, the reaction time of any bodily
functions, and motor skills.
• The stationary punching machine must be erected on a level surface in a way that prevents it from
tipping over.
• Excessively large workpieces can cause the punching unit to tip over, so support and secure the
workpiece.
• During the punching process, never reach into the punching area between the punch and die.
• The dimensions of the punch and die must coincide. Otherwise, there is a risk of tool breakage.
• Square, rectangular, and special punches must be inserted in accordance with the torsion
protection and positioned in accordance with the die. Otherwise, there is a risk of tool breakage.
• Blunt and damaged punches and dies may not be used.
Otherwise, the stationary punching machine can be damaged.
• When machining stainless steel sheets, pay attention to the alignment of the round punches.
Align the tip of the punch in the direction of the punching unit, to the front or rear.
• The working area must be free from obstacles.
• The working area must be clean and free from chips.
• Do not look into the laser beam.
• Do not separate the hydraulics from the cylinder while under pressure.
• In the case of any disruptions in the electrical system, the punching machine may no longer
be placed into operation and must be secured accordingly. The punching machine may only
be placed into operation again after being checked and repaired by experts.

fingers away from the working area. there is a risk of injury!
Persons with a pacemaker or other medical devices may only use this machine
after getting approval from a doctor!
