• Alice’s Garden guarantees all parts of your patio heater against any manufacturing defects for 2 years
from the date of purchase by the consumer.
• If a part is found to be defective during the warranty period, your sole and exclusive remedy will be
repair or replacement of the defective part according to the methods defined by the after-sales service
Alice’s Garden.
• The Alice’s Garden (WALIBUY) warranty is implemented by replacing the damaged parts, return costs
payable by the buyer.
• This warranty does not apply in the event of abuse, improper handling or non authorized repair. As
soon as the defective product is returned to our workshops, it will be appraised and you will be held
informed of the repairs carried out.
• Our devices are intended for private and personal use, professional use would automatically void all
guarantees.
• Our heated parasols have undergone numerous tests in intensive use and extreme conditions and
benefit from CE certifications, issued by an independent laboratory.
LIST OF EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY
• Damage, breakdowns, failures or defects attributable to causes of external origin (accident, shock,
lightning, strong wind ...),
• Failures resulting from modification of the construction and original characteristics of the device,
• Failures affecting parts that do not comply with those recommended by the manufacturer,
• The repairs accessible to the customer without dismantling the device,
• The costs of commissioning, adjustment, cleaning and tests not resulting from guaranteed damage,
• Failure to comply with the manufacturer’s instructions,
• Repairs and damage to the device after a repair carried out by anyone other than a repairer from our
workshops, or without prior agreement from us,
• Makeshift or temporary repairs as well as the consequences of any aggravation
• Damage due to corrosion, oxidation, improper connection.
• Replacement of wearing parts,
• The replacement of missing / damaged parts upon receipt, not indicated on the delivery slip.
• Cracks, breaks or bends in steel in the event of impact.
