TROUBLESHOOTING
• Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely.
• To keep the unit clean, the outer shell can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. You can use a mild de-
tergent if necessary. After cleaning, dry the heater with a soft cloth.
• Do not use alcohol, gasoline, abrasive powders, furniture polish or coarse brushes to clean the unit. This
may damage or deteriorate the surface of the unit.
• Do not immerse the unit in water or allow it to get wet.
• Wait until the unit is completely dry before using it.
• During a long period of inactivity, please protect the unit with a cloth cover to keep out rain and dust.
Please note:
In a salty atmosphere (near the sea), rust marks appear faster than normal. Check the
unit regularly for rust spots and treat them promptly if necessary.
Consult your supplier’s Customer Service department for repair and replacement of parts. Only Alice’s Garden
technicians are authorised to supply spare parts.
Caution:
Do not use spare parts that are not intended for this patio heater, use only original parts
supplied by Alice’s Garden. If you use non-original parts, the warranty is invalid and you are exposing
yourself to a dangerous situation.
Components assembled by the manufacturer or dealer must not be modified. No changes may
be made to the components of this device. Any repairs must be carried out only after authorisa-
tion from Alice’s Garden Customer Service with their indicated spare parts.
If the unit does not work, please check the following points before asking for help :
• - Check that the power cord is properly plugged into the electrical outlet, check that the outlet switch is in
the ON position, and check that the electricity from the main fuse is working.
• - If the floor is sloped or uneven, this unit may not operate due to an anti-tilt system. Make sure it is upright
and on a level surface.
