WARRANTY
SAFE DISPOSAL OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC
WASTE
• Alice’s Garden guarantees all parts of your patio heater to be free from defects in workmanship and ma-
terials for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the consumer.
• If a part proves to be defective during the warranty period, your only and exclusive solution shall be the
repair or replacement of the defective part in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by Alice’s
Garden Customer Service.
• The implementation of the Alice’s Garden (WALIBUY) warranty is carried out by replacing the damaged
parts.
• This warranty does not apply in case of abuse, mishandling or unauthorised repair.
• Our devices are intended for private and personal use, a professional use would automatically invalidate
all guarantees.
• Our patio heaters have undergone numerous tests in intensive use and extreme conditions and are CE
certified, delivered by an independent laboratory.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS TO WARRANTY
• Damage, breakdowns, failures or defects due to external causes (accident, shock, lightning, strong
wind...),
• Breakdowns resulting from modification of the construction and original characteristics of the device,
• Breakdowns involving parts that do not belong to Alice’s Garden,
• Adjustments accessible to the beneficiary without dismantling the device,
• The costs of repair, cleaning or troubleshooting due to damage that is not covered by our guarantee,
• The failure to comply with the manufacturer’s instructions,
• Makeshift or temporary repairs as well as the consequences of the possible aggravation of the damage
resulting from them,
• Damage due to corrosion, oxidation or poor connection.
• Replacement of worn parts,
• The replacement of missing/damaged parts upon receipt, not indicated on the delivery note,
• Cracks, breaks or bending of steel in case of impact.
Electrical products must not be disposed of with household waste. According to the Environmental
Law regulations of the United Kingdom for the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment and
its implementation in national law, used electrical products must be collected separately and dis-
posed of at the collection points provided for this purpose. Contact your local authorities for advice
on recycling.
