3.1 Arrangements and check before using
3.1.1 The instrument has no function of charging,should be check whether the measurement rod is fixed before
using ,should be check whether the sensor is in good response or not .
3.1.2 The new instrument has built-in battery isolation ,if the it can not start on,put the battery isolation out first
and then re-start.
