Maintenance Parts Control Table
Check
Description
Daily
Check the oil level and fill the crankcase if needed
Observe the compressor for any irregularities, such as loose
bolts, unusual noise, loose belts, leaking pipes etc
Pressure and pressure gauges.
Open the manual drain valves and drain the condensate
collected inside the purifier after each filling procedure. Check
if automatic drain valves work properly if it’s automatic drain
adapted unit.
Weekly
intake air filters
Inspect the intake air filters to make sure they are not clogged or
punctured.
Check the V-Belt tension.
The proper tension should allow 13 mm (
½
”) deflection with a 1
kg (2 pounds) weight applied on the center of each belt.
Tightness of fastening parts.
Cleaning of cylinder fins, intercoolers and after cooler,
flywheel.
Electrical current.
Cable connection and wiring.
Every 500 hours
Safety valves
Note: Check the safety valves every 500 operating hours and
replace them if needed.
Change the oil in the compressor crankcase every 300 hours.
Every 1000 hours
Check valve
Note: Check the check valve every 1000 operating hours and
replace or maintain it if needed.
V-belts
Note: Check the V-belts every 1000 operating hours and
replace them if needed.
Oil seal
Note: Check the oil seal every 1000 operating hours and
replace them if needed
Annually
Purifier
Note: Have the purifier on your unit pressure tested to the
authorized body according to the pressurized equipment test
regulations.
