Troubleshooting of common problems
The controller is not powered on:

If the controller is not powered on and the LED does not indicate, check whether the battery is
connected and whether the manual reset protector is disconnected.
●
Check whether the cable damaged by extrusion.
●
If the power switch button on the control lever is conductive, the conductive resistance should be
less than 350 Ω. Remove the joystick PCB and wipe the copper foil on the PCB with alcohol.
The controller turns on the power, controls the alarm, and detects whether the brake is plugged in.
Check whether the wire of the brake is in good condition and whether the connector is firm.
Power on alarm of controller

Whether the joystick is not reset, shut down, restart.

The joystick is damaged and cannot be reset normally. Replace the joystick.
●
The joystick 4-core cable is damaged and the socket is in poor contact.
The power on of the controller is normal, but it can't drive away

The motor is not plugged in properly

The side axle clutch is not engaged
