HAYTER LIMITED have no control over site conditions, duration of use, state of maintenance or adjustment of the mower. All 
these factors will affect the operator’s daily personal noise exposure level – LEP,d. Under typical working conditions operators 
could be exposed to a daily personal noise exposure level in excess of 85 dB(A) LEP,d. 

If hearing protection is required, ear protectors with good attenuation in the 63 – 8000 Hz frequency range should be used. 

Employers of personnel using this machine are advised to read “The Control of Noise at Work Regulations 
2005” as the operator’s daily personal exposure level could be above the ‘First Action Level’.
