20. Rotation Sensor Analysis
Please refer to the following 2 pages for wiring diagram information.
Is ther voltage (10 Volts
DC) between the
Return and 7-24VDC
terminals on the rotation
sensor board?

Is ther voltage (10
Volts DC) between a
ground and the
10VDC terminal on
the output board?
Inspect the wiring between
the 10VDC terminal on the
output board and the AC
drive interface board. Repair
and/or replace the wiring as
needed.

Is there voltage (120 or
220 Volts AC) between the
J2-1-1 and the J2-1-4
terminals on the output
board?
No

output board that is
located by the
control transformer
intact?
Yes
Replace the output
board.
Yes
Replace the fuse.

back of the
machine in
alignment with
the pulley?
Align the rotation
sensor.

sensor wiring
harness connected
to the plug on the
back of the control
module?
Connect the wiring
harness to the
