8. The Motor is Running, but at an Abnormal Speed
The motor is running,
but at an abnormal
speed.
Inspect the wiring
between the interface
board and the AC
drive. Are the KA3 and
KA7 relays energized?
Is any of the wiring
loose or damaged?
Repair or replace the
wiring between the
interface board and
the AC drive as
needed.
Re-program the AC drive with
the correct parameter set.
Contact Alliance Laundry
Systems' customer service
department to obtain the correct
AC drive illustration for your
motor and drive combination.

Has the AC drive
been programmed
with the correct
parameter set?
Using the A-B Control Logic charts
included with the "No Motor
Operation (With No AC Drive
Fault)" flowchart, check the control
signals between the interface board
and the AC drive.
