, defines managed objects for managing implementations of the Transmission Control
Protocol (TCP). The managed objects in the TCP MIB were originally defined using the
SNMPv1 framework as part of MIB-II (RFC 1213). RFC 2012 defines the same objects for TCP
using the SNMPv2 framework.
Objects defined in the TCP MIB, reside in the tcp(6) and tcpMIB(49) subtrees (
Figure 56-2
)
and have the object identifier prefixes tcp ({ mib-2 6 }) or tcpMIB ({ mib-2 49 }).

Implementation
The switch implements all groups in RFC 2012 tcp and tcpMIB. However, the implementation
of some objects differs from RFC 2012, as shown in the following table.
