Problem 1:
All the port LEDs and Switch ID LED are off, and the fans are
not operating.
Solutions:
The unit is not receiving power. If the switch has AT-
SBxPWRSYS2 AC Power Supplies, try the following:
Verify that the power cord is securely connected to the power
source and the AC connector on the back panel of the switch.
Verify that the power outlet has power by connecting another
device to it.
Try connecting the unit to another power source.
Try a different power cord.
Verify that the voltage from the power source is within the required
levels for your region. The power requirements for the switch are
listed in “Power Specifications” on page 209.
If the switch has AT-SBxPWRSYS1-80 Power Supplies, examine the
LEDs on the power supplies. The power supplies are operating normally
when the DC IN and DC OUT LEDs are solid green and the Fault LED is
off. Possible fault conditions and their solutions are described here:
Fault Condition 1: If the DC IN LED is off, the power supply is not receiving
power, has overheated and been disabled, or has failed and needs to be
replaced. Try the following:
Verify that the On/Off switch on the power supply is in the On
position.
Verify that the DC circuit breaker is on.
Verify that the positive and negative power wires are correctly and
securely connected to the terminal block on the power supply and
circuit breaker.
