IP Network to
PSTN Call
Settings
IP Network to PSTN call parameters allow the AT-VP504E FXO to use
this FXO port to establish calls from the IP network (to which it is
connected) to the PSTN. The following parameters can be set:
Analog
Telephone Line
Type Setting
The analog telephone line type parameter defines the type of analog
line used. Possible values are Loop Start and Ground Start, Loop Start
being the default value.
Geographical Spe-
cific Configuration
This section allows you to define the geographical region in which the
AT-VP504E FXO is located.

Accept IP Network
to PSTN Calls
When the Enabled option is checked, enables the IP
Network to PSTN call parameters.
Automatic Prefix
Dialing
Digit to be dialed before the actual number, for
example, to make outside calls.
Value: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
DTMF Tone
Generation
Duration
The time length DTMFs are played when making a
call.
Value: Any number of milliseconds between 40 and
150.
Default Value: 100 ms
Note:
Ground Start ensures proper Far End Disconnect between an
FXO port and the PSTN.
