3. After reading the privacy policy statement, click the check box for
Agree to collect technical support information
to permission to
collect the technical support information.
4. If you want to send the file encrypted, enter an encryption key in the
Encryption Key field. This step is optional. Here are the guidelines:
The key can be up to 32 alphanumeric characters.
It is case sensitive.
Spaces are not allowed.
Be sure to send the key to the technicians at Allied Telesis.
The factory default is blank. The file is sent in clear text if you do
not enter a key.
5. Click the
Download
button.
Your web browser prompts you to save a zip file.
6. Save the zip file on your system.
7. Send the zip file to your Allied Telesis contact.
