Displaying Neighbor AP
To view information about all access points on the channels that the
access point detects, select
Monitoring
>
Neighbor AP
from the main
menu. Refer to Figure 7.

Column
Description
MAC Address
Displays the MAC address of the detected
access point.
Detected Channel
Displays the channel of the detected access
point.
SSID
Displays the network name (SSID) of the
detected access point
Type
Displays the mode of the detected access point:
AP or Adhoc.
Signal
Displays the intensity of the received signal in a
four-level bar graph icon. Pointing to the icon
displays dB (dBm).
Security
Displays the security status of the detected
access point.
