Configuring SNMPv1, SNMPv2, and SNMPv3
You can use SNMP to view the settings and client statistics on the access
point, and receive traps. Here are the guidelines:
You cannot use SNMP to change the settings on the access point.
The access point has one read-only community string.
The unit must have an IP address for SNMP management.

To enable or disable SNMP, perform the following procedure:
1. Select
Settings
>
System
from the main menu.
2. Select
SNMP
from the sub-menu. Refer to Figure 15.

3. Select Disabled or Enabled in the Status field. To configure SNMP,
select Enabled.
When Enabled is selected, the SNMPv1 and SNMPv2 or SNMPv3
configuration window appears. See Figure 16 on page 58.
