• Never leave the ice tray full while the appliance is in use.

- To completely empty the water tank, open the drain 

plug (C) located inside the tank, ensuring that there is 

a container underneath the appliance. Once the tank is 

emptied, replace the plug (E) in the tank.

- After use, press the start/stop button to turn off the 

appliance.

- Disconnect the appliance from the mains.

- Drain and dry the water tank before storing the 

appliance if you are not going to use it for an extended 

period of time. 

Maintenance and cleaning

- Always disconnect the appliance before carrying out any 

cleaning operation.

- Never clean the appliance while it is in operation, or use 

abrasive products.

- Do not let water or any other liquid penetrate the 

ventilation holes of the appliance, as this could lead to 

damage.

- Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquid 

as this may damage the appliance and may present the 

risk of accidents.

- In order to ensure optimum quality of the cubes, it is 

recommended that you change the water every 24 hours.

Problems and repair

If the appliance does not work properly, please refer to 

the following points before calling technical support:

If any of the proposed solutions do not work, do not attempt to disassemble the appliance yourself due to the risk of 

accident, which would also void the warranty. Check with after sales service at the address indicated in the warranty 

certificate or contact your dealer.

truction manual or the packaging. The materials from which the product 

is composed are recyclable depending on their respective markings. In 

this way, it greatly contributes to the protection of the environment 

through recycling, material reuse or through other means of reuse of used ap-

pliances. Check with your town hall to find out the corresponding container for 
each type of product.
