6 Operation
The ECO operation for the radiator control can be activated or deactivat-
ed by actuating the wall mount switch. The basic setting of ECO oper-
ation is set to 19 °C in factory. Using the Alpha IP app, the duration of
the ECO operation and the ECO temperature to be set when the button
is pressed can be adjusted individually.
6.1 Individual adjustment of ECO operation

The Alpha IP Access Point has been set up via the Alpha IP app. The
commissioning is finished and the device is readily assembled.
1. Open the Alpha IP app.
2. Select the menu item ECO operation / Wall Mount Switch.
3. Select the rooms for which the temperature shall be lowered after
the activation of ECO operation, in the menu item Rooms with ECO
operation.
4. Set the desired setback temperature in the menu item ECO temperature.
5. Set the ECO operation duration in the menu item ECO duration when
pressing the wall mount switch.
6.2 Activation/deactivation of ECO operation
• Actuate channel 1 (On/ECO operation) for activating the ECO opera-
tion (see „Device overview“ page 20).
• Actuate channel 2 (Off/automatic operation) for deactivating the
ECO operation.

ECO operation is activated resp. deactivated in all allocated system
components or rooms.
ECO operation can also be activated in the Alpha IP app. For this, tip
the button ECO on the home screen and set the desired duration. Con-
firm the setting with OK.
