What other blades can I use on the Dry Tile Cutting System?

We recommend using our Alpha®  Libero 5”blade for cutting marble tile. The Alpha® Libero blade utilizes electroplated 
diamonds which are designed to cut only soft material. The electroplated diamonds assures smooth clean cuts without 
chipping or cracking the material.

What is the maximum thickness material which I can cut using the Alpha® Dry Tile Cutting System?

The maximum thickness tile this system could cut is: 14mm.

What is the largest size tile which you can make a diagonal cut?

A 20” x 20” tile is the maximum size on which you can make a diagonal cut.

What blade arbor size is required for use of the Alpha® ECC-125/225?

The arbor size required is 7/8”.

What is the RPM of the ECC-125/225?

The RPM of the ECC-125/225 is: 12,000.

What is the largest size blade that the ECC-125/225 will except?

The ECC-125/225 accepts blades with a maximum diameter of 5”.

What is the cutting depth of the Ecocutter for use on the Dry Tile Cutting System?

The maximum thickness of the rubber mat is 3.5mm before the blade would make contact with the aluminum table. 
When adjusting the cutting depth, you should only score the rubber mat; do not cut through the rubber mat.

What is the maximum thickness material the Alpha® ECC-125 can cut when used by itself, not attached to the 
table?

The ECC-125 has a maximum cutting depth of 2cm.

If I accidentally cut through my rubber mat, should I replace this mat?

Yes. The rubber mat acts as a vacuum seal during the cutting application not allowing the dust to escape.

Can I use the ECC-125 by itself?

Yes. The ECC-125 can be used independently as a regular dry stone cutter with the dust bag attached. This ECC-125 
is ideal for grout removal, concrete crack repairs and concrete decorative wheels. Since the Alpha® ECC-125 is 
equipped with a side handle and TT Ruler guide to make the job easier.

Why do you recommend running the tool for 15 seconds prior to cutting the material?

We give this recommended time to allow the dust bag to inflate and fill the tiny micro fibers within the bag so no dust 
will escape during the cutting application.

When I stop cutting, dust comes out near the blade, why?

Check to make sure the back flow assembly is attached correctly, so it closes once the tool is shut off. Also, the tool 
should be run for 15 seconds after you cut through the tile to allow the dust on the table to pass through the tool, fan 
and hose to the dust bag.

What is the warranty for the Ecocutter ECC-125/225?

Alpha® warrants the ECC-125/225 for a period of 180 days from the date of original retail purchase (proof of purchase 
is required) and it is limited to the repair or replacement of parts without charge.
