P1250 Terminal Block
Purpose: Describes the 1250T terminal block
(Figures 1.5, 1.6).
External Alarm Panel Terminal Block
An external alarm panel can be connected to this terminal block to display
selected warnings and start the self test. The operator provides the panel. Figure
1.6 shows its operation.
When the 1250T detects a fault, it automatically closes the appropriate contacts in
the terminal block.
• Service Alarm: When the Display and Control panel displays a fault, this alarm
is activated.
• Low Battery Alarm: When the battery voltage is below 44 volts, this alarm is
activated.
• On Battery Alarm: When the UPS is operating on battery power, this alarm is
activated.
• Self Test: The self test starts when this input is shorted.
