USING YOUR MIXER FOR MIXING
1.Ensure that the speed selector is in the 0 position, then plug the mixer into a
power outlet socket.
2. Turn the speed selector to your desired setting.
Warning:
Do not introduce anything such as a knife, metal spoon or fork into
the bowl when the mixer is operating.
3.The maximum operating time per working cycle must not exceed 6 minutes; a
minimum of 20 minutes rest time must be observed between two cycles. When
kneading yeast dough, it is suggested that you first set the speed selector to a
low speed, then change it to a higher speed to achieve the best results.
Note:
During kneading, some flour may adhere to the inside of the bowl;
remove the bowl cover and scrape the flour from the inside wall of the bowl
using a spatula to obtain well-kneaded results.
4.When mixing is complete, turn the speed selector to the 0 position and
unplug the mixer from the power outlet socket.
5.Hold down the tilt button; the mixer head will automatically lift and lock into
the tilt position.
