Composite Wire Connection Instructions
In order to prevent external noise interference on the audio system
:
•
The installation position of this Media Player and the arrangement of wires should be at least 10cm away from
the car wiring harness.
•
Keep the battery power cord as far away from the other wires as possible.
•
Connect the ground wire firmly to the bare metal contact of the vehicle chassis (remove any paint, dirt or
grease if necessary).
•
If you are attaching an optional noise suppressor, connect it as far away from the unit as possible. Various
types of noise suppressors are available from your Alpine dealer; please contact him or her for details.
•
Your Alpine dealer is proficient in noise prevention methods, please consult your dealer for details.

Low level input, can be connected to the car CD/DVD player.

:
Ultra-low output, can be connected to active subwoofer.

RCA output of the front sound field, which can be connected to an external power amplifier.

:
ADC type steering control interface, supports resistive control of car steering wheel.

Decoding steering control interface (temporarily not supported, based on the recent upgrade).

ALPINE SYSTEM
:
Can be used to connect to the Alpine on-board DSP, only supports the products which
can be docked by the controller interface, such as PXE-R600, PXE-0850X. or PXE-X09, etc.

OPTICAL-OUT/COAXIAL-OUT
:
Optical / coaxial interface, can be connected to the car DSP, such as
PXE-0850X or PXE-X09 and so on.
