Instructions on the Complex Line
AUX-IN: low level input, can be connected to onboard CD/DVD player.
SUBW-OUT: subwoofer output, can be connected to an active subwoofer.
REAR-OUT: rear sound field RCA output, can be connected to an external power amplifier.
FRONT-OUT: front sound field RCA output, can be connected to an external power amplifier.
ADC SWC: ADC steering wheel controller interface, supports resistive control of steering wheel.
DECODING SWC: decoding steering wheel controller interface (not supported for now, will be updated in
the near future).
ALPINE SYSTEM: can be connected to Alpine on-board DSP and only supports products with matching
controller interface; for example, PXE-R600, PXE-0850X, or PXE-X09.
OPTICAL-OUT/COAXIAL-OUT: fiber/coax interface, can be connected to onboard DSP; for example,
PXE-0850X or PXE-X09 etc.
In order to prevent external noise from entering the audio system.
The installation location of this device and arrangement of wires should be at least 10 cm from the vehicle
wires.
Keep the power cord of the battery far from other wires as much as possible.
Connect the grounding wire firmly to the bare metal contact on the vehicle chassis (if necessary, remove as
paint, dirt or oil).
If you need to add an optional noise suppresser, install it as far from the host machine as possible. Your
Alpine authorized dealer offers a variety of noise suppressors. For details, please contact them.
