Cooling liquid
The coolant to use is ‘innovatek Protect PRO Konzentrat’ from innovatek OS GmbH. The
coolant must be diluted before filling with drinking water or distilled water depending on the
desired antifreeze protection (see Table 17).
For reasons of corrosion protection, the application concentration of 25% (V/V) ‘innovatek
Protect PRO Konzentrat’ should not be undercut. This corresponds to a frost protection of -
9°C. At concentrations of less than 20% (V/V) ‘innovatek Protect PRO Konzentrat’ there is
a risk of corrosion due to under-inhibition.
With an addition of more than 58% by volume of ‘innovatek Protect PRO Konzentrat’ the
frost and corrosion protection deteriorates.
When filling the system, make sure that there are no air cushions in the cooling system
that reduce the cooling capacity.
