Guarantee 

 
This guarantee covers all defects to the supplied materials, excluding deliberate or accidental 
damage.  The periods indicated below start from the purchase date of the apparatus, 6 months 
at the latest from the leaving date from our storage warehouse.

The guarantee becomes void when the system is no longer connected, or has not been used or 
assembled in accordance with the manufacturer instructions, or if there has been any form of 
intervention by unauthorised personnel, has been modified and/or if the series number appears 
to have been removed or erased. 
 
Further exclusions from guarantee:

Hot water cylinders have been operating in water with the following indexes:

If  one  of  the  water  parameters  has  a  greater  value  than  stipulated  by  directive

Parts  subject  to  natural  wear  and  tear,  including  but  not  limited  to  levers,  switches, 
resistors, programmers, thermostats, anode etc. 

o

 

Breakdown  due  to  incorrect  handling,  electrical  discharges,  flooding,  earthquake, 
moisture or by improper use of the apparatus. 

o

 

The guarantee lapses if it is transferred to another owner, even if within the guarantee 
period. 

o

 

The  guarantee  lapses  if  this  certificate  is  incorrectly  filled  in,  if  it  is  altered  or  if  it  is 
returned after more than 15 days have passed since the purchase date of the system.

  This manual should remain with the customer.   

 

Note:  

Guarantee and Check sheet must be properly filled in, signed and 

stamped by the installer/ reseller and returned to The Alternative Energy 
Company Limited, otherwise the guarantee will not be validated.
