The CombiTouch Combitherm offers four (4) cleaning
levels: rinse, light, normal, and heavy-duty cleaning.
CombiClean® tablets or Combitherm liquid spray cleaner
may be used. Side racks, shelves and trolleys may remain
inside oven during cleaning.
Note: If a power outage were to occur during
any of the cleaning cycles, the oven will
begin a six (6) minute forced-rinse cycle.

NOTE:
if oven is too hot to safely clean, an oven with red
interior will appear on the screen and the cool
down function is automatically activated. allow
oven to cool to 200°f (93°C) before cleaning.
