Is the B-2 Water Level
Probe (Low Level)
reading empty?
Yes
No
The control will not energize
the Y-1 fill solenoid until
the water level drops below
the B-2 sensing probe. If
the tank is known to be
empty investigate for scale
build up and/or a shorted
water level probe.
Determine which side of the
solenoid coil voltage is missing
and correct.
• A-1 is L-1 switched in from the
HRB (High Voltage Relay Board)
• A-2 is L-2 constantly supplied
from the X-11-130 terminal block
Is the Y-1 solenoid
being energized?
No
Yes
Is the Y-1 solenoid
opening?
Ensure connected water
pressure does not
exceed 90 psi and/or
replace faulty solenoid.
No
Yes
Check for an obstruction or leak between the Y-1
solenoid and the steam generator. Also check for
Water supply turned off or disconnected
and /or plugged filter cartridge.
Is the generator
filling with water? (It should
take approximately 45 seconds
to satisfy the B-2
sensing probe.)
No
Yes
Yes
No
Yes
Yes
No
No
Investigate for scale build
up inside tank, around
water level probes,
and/or faulty water level
probe assembly.
Is the B-2 water level
probe satisfied? (If not, water
should be exiting the steam exit
port inside the
oven cavity.)
Investigate HRB
(High Voltage Relay Board)
Does Y-1 solenoid close and
stop fill cycle?
Is the B-1 water level
probe satisfied? (B-1 should
satisfy approximately 10-15
seconds after B-2.)
Investigate for scale build up
inside tank, around water level
probes, and/or faulty water level
probe assembly.
Does Y-1 solenoid de-energize?
No
Ensure minimum 30 psi connection
pressure is being met and/or
replace faulty solenoid valve.
Yes
Fill cycle complete.
