closed position?
1. Close door.
2. Investigate issue with
S-7 door switch.

Yes
Is the convection fan
motor running?
See "Convection Fan
Motor Not Operating."
Is the N-6 Oven
Temperature Probe below
set point?
Convection element
contactors will not be
energized until N-6 is
below set point.
Determine which side of the coil
voltage is missing and correct.
• A-1 is L-1 switched in from the
HRB (High Voltage Relay Board)
• A-2 is L-2 supplied from the
N-7 high limit
• Reset N-7 if tripped
Are the convection element
contactors K-41/42 being
energized?
Are the K-41/42 contactors
pulling in?
Replace faulty
contactor(s).
Investigate wiring issue
between main power
terminal block and
K-41/K-42.
Is there line voltage at
T-1/T-2 (K-41) and
T-3 (K-42)?
Investigate wiring
issue between
K-41/K-42 and
convection
element terminals.
Are the convection
elements drawing current?
Replace faulty
convection element.
The oven should begin producing
convection heat in the cavity and cycle
K-41/42 off of the N-6 probe.
