Is the CombiTouch control
powered on?
Power on Control or see
“Unit Dead, No Display and
No Operation”.
No
Yes
Is the K-51 motor drive
contactor being energized?
Is the K-51 contactor
engaging (pulling in)?
Is there line voltage across
the T-1/T-2 terminals of the
K-51 contactor?
Determine which side of the coil voltage is
missing and correct.
• A-1 is L-1 supplied from the X-11-131
terminal supplied L-1 power from the HRB
(High Voltage Relay Board)
• A-2 is L-2 constantly supplied from the
X-11-130 terminal block
Replace faulty K-51
contactor.
Test for line voltage across
the top side of the 15A fuse
block.
Is there line voltage across
the L-1/L-2 terminals of the
K-51 contactor?
Is there line voltage at the
power plug of the motor
drive?
Test for a blown 15A fuse
or a wiring issue between
the main power terminal
block and the 15A fuse
block.
NOTE: If fuse is blown,
the light on the fuse
holder should be
illuminated.
Replace faulty
contactor.
Replace faulty motor drive.
NOTE: Ensure jumper position of
replacement drive matches existing drive.
Jumper position ON = 208V
Jumper position OFF = 115V
Is the motor drive LED
light on?
Is the LED on steady?
Count the number of flashes and
refer to the Motor Drive Error code
list to determine the error condition
being seen by the motor drive.
Repair wiring issue between
K-51 contactor and motor
drive power plug.
Is there an input signal
at the motor drive 4 pin connector?
See Input Signal Table for Motor
Drive on next page.
Is there relatively equal
voltage across all three
legs of the motor plug on
the motor drive?
Replace faulty motor drive.
Test motor for open or shorted winding
and replace, if necessary.
