MOUNTING
The length of control panel cable 2 (
Fig.
4) included in the kit is 5 m. Before mounting make
sure that this length is enough for correct mounting of the drive. Purchase similar cable of
the required length if necessary.
6. Install into the drive housing the required number of cable connectors (two cable connectors
PG9
are included in the kit). Before installation, drill the holes or cut them out (for example,
with a sharp screwdriver) in places marked on the drive housing with closed cover (
Fig.
9).
7. Lay the electric cables to the places where the drive system elements are to be installed ac-
cording to the current regulatory standards.
Y
ATTENTION!
The electric cables for the control and safety devices must be laid separately from
the mains voltage cables. The cables should be protected from mechanical damage and con-
tact with any rough and sharp surfaces. When laying the cables, use corrugated tubes, pipes
and cable connectors.
The electric cables shall be led up to the bottom of a device to be connected. Unnecessary cable
connectors (inlets) shall be sealed with plugs. The electric cables shall not touch with the heat-
ing parts of the drive (for example, motor housing) to prevent insulation damage.

MOUNTING
Y
ATTENTION!
Purchase the fasteners (dowels, anchor bolts, self-tapping screws, etc.), depend-
ing on the material and thickness of the surface (wall) on which the drive mounting bracket and
push-button control station are installed, ensuring reliable fastening and compliance with build-
ing standards. The fasteners are not included in the delivery kit.
4.1
DRIVE MOUNTING
Drive mounting shall be performed with the door closed. The drive can be located to the right
or to the left of the door; the operation position of the drive can be horizontal or vertical.
To mount the drive on the door shaft proceed as follows (
Fig.
5):
1. release the drive (see Section 4.3. ‘Drive release’).
2. mounting bracket
3
can be mounted to the left or to the right of the drive. Mounting brack-
et dimensions are given in
Fig.
6.
3. according to the selected operation position of the drive, fix mounting bracket
3
to the drive
6
using screws
1
(hex key
SW6
) with washers
2
. Do not tighten the screws. Put the holder of
the drive belt designed to carry the drive onto the opposite site from the mounting bracket.
4. install the drive
6
on the door shaft
4
by attaching the mounting bracket to the base (wall or
metal structure) on which you have decided to mount the drive. Mark the location of holes
for the mounting bracket on the base.
5. remove the drive from the door shaft. In accordance with the selected fasteners (dowels, an-
chor bolts, etc.), make holes in the base for fixing the mounting bracket.
6. fix the mounting bracket
3
to the base. Tighten all screws
1
(no more than 20 Nm).
7. install another locking ring
5
on the shaft
4
. Install both locking rings
5
tightly to the sides
of the drive and secure them with screws (no more than 8 Nm, hex key
SW3
).
8. for further setting of the end positions (Section 6. ‘Setting the door end positions’), manu-
ally move the door leaf into an intermediate position (for example, 1 m from the floor) and
lock the drive.
