Service life of the product is eight years, but it is limited to 50 thousand full operation cycles
provided that scheduled maintenance, installation and operation regulations are observed.
Drive sound pressure level is ≤ 70 dB (A) when using curve (filter type) A.

PREPARATION FOR MOUNTING
1. Please, read carefully Section 1 ‘Safety rules and warnings’. All the requirements shall be
observed.
2. Decide which devices (safety, control, warning, etc.) that are not included in the kit, you
need to purchase.

ATTENTION!
Depending on conditions and mode of door operation, specify the required safety
devices to ensure operational safety as it is prescribed by your local safety standards or EN 12453
according to the type of safety (minimum safety level). Upon delivery the product is designed
for operation in manual control mode (
table
5,
DIP1-OFF
).
3. Choose a place to install every device of the drive system. For an example of standard auto-
mation of balanced industrial sectional doors see
Fig.
4. Choose installation places togeth-
er with the user (owner).
4. Define the electrical circuit according to which all devices of the drive system will be con-
nected. Connections of additional devices are described in
table
2.

5. Decide which accessories (electric cables, cable conduit, connectors, electric junction box-
es, fittings, etc.) that are not included in the kit, you need to purchase.

ATTENTION!
To make electric connections of the drive system elements use multicore copper
cable with double rounded insulation. Electric cable characteristics (cross section, number of
wires, length and others) shall conform to the electric circuit diagram, device power capacity,
laying distance and type, ambient conditions.
