USE
INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT OF THE BLADE
The saw can be used to cut a variety of mate-
rials. Therefore, it is vital to choose the correct
saw blade.
• Remove the battery from the machine.
• If it is already in place, slide off the plastic
blade guard (3.1).
• Rotate and hold the quick blade change
clamp (3).
• Insert the saw blade into the clamp (3) with
the teeth facing forward.
• Release the clamp and the blade is held in
place.
Note:
Only bayonet blades can be used in the
saw.
SWITCH
The switch (1) can only be pressed simultaneously with the safety catch (2) to prevent the saw from
starting accidentally.
• To start the saw, first hold the lock (2) and then press the switch (1).
• Always wear hearing protection when using the saw.
ATTENTION:
The saw blade moves for a few seconds after the switch is released.
Important:
The shape of the machine means it can be gripped and operated with one hand; howev-
er, we recommend using both hands on the saw for safety reasons.
Note:
Pressure on the saw blade overloads the motor and can cause damage.
• During cutting, make sure that the base of the saw is still resting on the material being cut.
• When cutting metal, it is recommended to apply a drop of oil to the place of the future cut.
• The board material must be firmly supported so that it cannot move or spring.
• Smaller cut pieces must be fastened so that they cannot move (e.g. with clamps).
LED LIGHTING
The LED illumination (7) starts together with the machine motor when the switch is pressed and illu-
minates the cut.
SWINGING MOTION ADJUSTMENT
The oscillating movement of the saw blade in the cut affects the quality and speed of the cut.
There are 3 selectable grades for faster and more efficient cutting across a range of possible wood
and plastic materials. The rocking motion of the blade pushes the blade upwards into the cut and
delays it on the return downwards so the blade does not pull on the material.
• Turn the switch (10) to set the desired blade behaviour.
• Position 1 allows only a small rocking motion, so the cut is smoother; used at low speeds.
