NOTICE
The pulse mode is intended to pulverize, finely chop and
dice food at short controlled bursts.
NOTICE
The maximum continuous operating time for:
– The blades (K) (option A): 60 seconds.
– The cutting disc (J) (option B): 30 seconds.
After reaching the maximum operation time, keep a rest time for at least
2 minutes.
Tips
Chopping blades (Option A)
• Before use, first cut food such as meat, bread and vegetables into
cubes approximately 0.7,1.2 or 1.6" (2, 3, or 4 cm) large and then put
them into the mixing bowl (C).
• Biscuits should be broken into pieces and added down the feeding
chute while the product is running.
• When making a pastry, use fat ingredients straight from the fridge
already cut into 0.7,1.2 or 1.6" (2, 3, or 4 cm) large cubes.
• Store vegetables with high water content in the refrigerator prior to
processing. Room‑temperature vegetables are less firm and do not
perform as well.
• Do not over‑process food.
