Calibrating the seed rate
1. Couple the implement combination to the tractor, see section "7.2", page 114.
2. Secure the tractor and implement against unintentional starting and rolling away, see section 6.2,
page 108.
Do not switch off the ignition. It is required to operate the control terminal and the metering roller
drive motor.
3. Fill the seed hopper with at least 1/3 of the hopper volume (for fine seeds, correspondingly less)
of seed, refer to section 8.2, page 131.
4. Unfold the bar (Fig. 162/1).
5. Hang the scale (Fig. 162/2).
6. The contents of the carriage can be emptied
following calibration, into the seed hopper or
the collapsible bucket (Fig. 162/3).

7. Place the carriage under the metering unit.
7.1 Grab the carriage in parking position
by the handle and pull it out.
