4. Remove/add spacer discs (Fig. 248/5) as required.
Push the spacer discs that are not required (Fig. 248/5) onto the central bolt (Fig. 248/3), since
the length of the threaded hole for the central bolt is limited.
5. Bolt on the bearing housing (Fig. 248/4) with the central bolt (Fig. 248/3)
(tightening torque: 100 Nm).
Please note that the central bolt can be equipped with a right-hand or left-hand thread (see
above).
The TwinTeC coulters can be equipped with plastic bearing housings
or steel bearing housings. When screwing in the countersunk screws,
pay attention to the correct tightening torque.
Only TwinTeC coulter
with plastic bearing housing (Fig. 249/3):
6. Screw the seeding disc (Fig. 249/1) onto the
bearing housing (Fig. 249/3) with
countersunk head bolts (Fig. 249/2)
(tightening torque: 17 Nm).
