Distance measurement
The implement has a radar sensor (Fig. 43/1) to
determine the distance covered.
The radar sensor is automatically switched on
when a speed is recorded. Provided that the
control terminal is ready for operation and the
combination is in working position.

The pulses from the radar sensor serve to calculate
the working speed

Use of the radar sensor requires teaching-in of the pulses over a calibration distance of 100 m, namely
before initial use
in event of different soils (slippage)
if the actual seed rate differs from the calibrated seed rate
in event of deviation between the displayed and the actual worked area.

without ISOBUS system, refer to the "AmaDrill 2" operating manual
with ISOBUS system, refer to the "Software ISOBUS" operating manual.
