Take care, before storing the breast pump for a long time and/or after long term
storage. Contact Ameda ParentCare at 866.992.6332 or your local distributor for
any questions.
When the pump unit is not working properly.
- Please make sure you are using the power adapter that was provided by manufacturer.
- Please check the power cord is plugged in properly.
- Please check if the outlet is controlled by a wall switch.
If any problems occur that are not covered in the trouble shooting section, or
the suggested solutions do not work, contact Customer Service ParentCare
at 866.992.6332 or your local distributor.
If the pump unit is damaged, there is a possibility of touching live parts inside the
unit. If the pump unit is damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact Ameda at
866.992.6332 or your local distributor.
