INSTALLING DOOR PANEL AND HINGES

Press Side Gasket [

] fully onto edge of Fixed Panel A [

On one side of Hinge [

] remove the two screws and plastic washers as illustrated. Repeat for second
Hinge [

]. Attach one of the Hinges [
13
] at the holes of Fixed Panel A [
10
], then place the plastic washer
and screw into the hole. Ensure the plastic washer stays within the hole of the Fixed Panel A [
10
] and
lightly tighten the two screws. Repeat installation for the second Hinge [
13
] onto Fixed Panel A [
10
].

Remove the single screw and washer from both Hinges [
13
]. Carefully position and install Door Panel [
9
]
over each of the Hinges [
13
] and insert the washer and screw into each hole of Door Panel [
9
] keeping the
washer within the hole of the door panel. Lightly tighten both screws.
3e.
Observe that both Hinges [
13
] are straight and even (ref. illustration 3e). Once both hinges are straight,
securely tighten all screws on both hinges using supplied 4mm Allen Key [
25
].
3f.
Snap cover caps over each screw of both Hinges [
13
] to cover screws.
