INSTALLING WALL POSTS

1a.

  Measure from the outside edge of the base deck 3/4

"

 to 1

"

 (19 to 25 mm) (ref. main illustration near  

bottom) and mark deck of base. Place outside edge of Wall Post [

] (slot where glass panel goes) onto 

mark on base deck and plumb using Level [

]. Tape Wall Post [

1

] to shower wall to temporarily hold in 

place. Mark all predrilled holes in Wall Post [

1

] with a pencil [

]. Repeat procedure for Wall Post [

1

] on 

opposite side.

1b.

  If using supplied Wall Anchors [

] drill each of the marks on the wall from step 1a using a 6mm drill bit.  

If not using Wall Anchors, drill using appropriate size bit for screw being used.

1c.

  If using Wall Anchors [

], place into each drilled hole.

1d.

  Place either left or right Wall Post [

1

] on the wall and screw into place using ST4x35 [

] screws. Ensure 

Wall Post [

1

] is in correct position (ref illustration).

1e.

  Slide the Hole Location Template [

] all the way down over left Wall Post [

1

]. 

NOTE:

 the “L” stamped  

into the Hole Location Template [

26

] indicating LEFT.

  Mark the hole in the Hole Location Template [

26

] with a pencil [

].

  Remove Hole Location Template [

] and drill marked location on shower wall with a 6mm Drill Bit [

if using Wall Anchor [

  Insert Wall Anchor [

] into drilled hole. Tap into place with Hammer [

].
