STAGE 4:
This screen indicates
when the
DRAW OFF PERIOD
is
available for water to be drawn off
by the dialysis machines.
STAGE 5:
Once the
DRAW OFF
PERIOD
has completed the system
will enter its
COOL DOWN PERIOD
,
introducing cold RO water into the
system until the accept
temperature is reached.
STAGE 6:
The final part of the heat
disinfection cycle is to fully drain
down the integral tank on the unit.
DRAIN IN OPERATION
indicating
that this stage is in process. On
completion the screen will revert
back to
STANDBY
.
Data Logging
The
Heatsan
disinfection system will automatically log data every 5
minutes during operation. This will capture the information from the
SYSTEM MONITOR
screen.
It is recommended that this data be periodically transferred to a USB drive
and stored on a computer for diagnostics. The memory on the HMI can
then be cleared without fear of data loss.
